Angel Baker Coleman, a resident of Huntsville, AL since 2000, has just recently embarked upon her artistic journey. After mentioning that she would like to try painting, her five children gave her a set of acrylic paints and brushes for Christmas of 2019. She uses clay, hot glue and sometimes a little pixie dust to express her unique style. Ever inspired by the majesty and beauty of her surroundings, be it a great oak, the mighty Mississippi, or the possibility of a magical fairy world, it is only fitting that her love affair with the South would find its way onto her canvas or her miniatures. Giving life to unloved pieces, Angel tries to salvage frames and odds and ends found at thrift stores and yard sales whenever possible.
